Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the
following conditions: - It is unworn and in its original condition - All original tags are attached - It is returned in its original packaging To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at maison.elor@hotmail.com  with your order number and item details. Sale items and made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping fees are
non-refundable. If the item was purchased during a promotion or as part of a bundle, only the eligible
portion of the return will be refunded. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet our
policy criteria.
